Delete Your Data — Reserve EMC
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Reserve EMC stores your data only on your device. There is no SolveFor server holding a copy of it, so deleting it in the app is complete and immediate — there is no separate request or waiting period to process.
How to delete your data
- Open Reserve EMC and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete All Data and tap it.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your data is erased from the device immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Values, life areas, ratings, and goals
- Journal entries, coaching notes, and chat history
- Tasks, identity statements, and app settings
- Any connected wearable tokens (Oura, WHOOP) stored on the device
What this does not touch
Deleting your data in the app does not affect:
- An iCloud Backup snapshot of your device (Apple's system-level backup, not a SolveFor service)
- Any Reserve backup file you exported yourself to Files, Google Drive, or email
To remove those, delete the relevant file or snapshot directly through iCloud/Google Drive/Files.
Uninstalling the app
Uninstalling Reserve EMC also removes your on-device data. Note that on iOS, your name and a small set of app settings are stored in the device Keychain, which can persist across a reinstall — using Delete All Data before uninstalling ensures a fully clean state.
