Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

SolveFor, LLC ("SolveFor," "we," "us," or "our") operates solvefor.dev and related products including Reserve EMC (iOS and Android), NewsMute (newsmute.com, formerly NukeNewsAlert / nukenewsalert.com), and Unravel. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

1a. Apple HealthKit Data (Reserve EMC)

Reserve EMC integrates with Apple HealthKit. Its use of HealthKit is governed by Apple's HealthKit framework requirements and by this Privacy Policy. Specifically:

1b. Android Health Data (Health Connect)

On Android, Reserve EMC may, with your explicit permission, read selected health data through Google Health Connect (or, where applicable, equivalent on-device health platforms). The same principles described above for HealthKit apply to Health Connect:

1c. Connected Wearable Accounts — Oura and WHOOP (Reserve EMC)

In addition to Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect, Reserve EMC can connect directly to your Oura or WHOOP account, with your explicit authorization, using each provider's standard OAuth 2.0 authorization process. These integrations are separate from the on-device health platforms described above and are governed by this Privacy Policy together with the provider's own privacy policy and terms of use. Garmin and Fitbit devices are currently supported indirectly, through Apple Health and Google Health Connect as described in Sections 1a and 1b — there is no direct Garmin or Fitbit account connection. If direct integrations are added, this section will be updated.

2. SMS Communications

Some SolveFor products (including NewsMute, formerly NukeNewsAlert) offer opt-in SMS alert services. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to the service you subscribed to.
